ITINERARY

Welcome aboard Martins touring coach as we depart:
7.45am Lavington Shopping Centre Griffith Road
8.00am Albury Railway Station
8.15am Wodonga Plaza, Smythe Street
for your High Country adventure to Mansfield.
Travel via the Hume Highway to “Kelly Country” at Glenrowan, and stop to enjoy Devonshire Tea at The Village Café Glenrowan. From here continue to Mansfield, renowned for its stunning mountain views, breathtaking vistas and endless horizons. A “must see” is the stunning 12 acre property, High Country Gardens, Gallery & Maze! A labour of love has transformed this into an amazing space complete with two established mazes, labyrinth, beautiful walled gardens, giant topiaries and sculptures. Here we enjoy a light lunch from the licenced garden café. Be welcomed at the Mansfield Zoo, one of North East Victoria’s hidden secrets, with a collection of exotic and native animals on 30 acres of picturesque parkland. Hand or spade feed many of the animals as you wander. You’ll also have the opportunity to see the feeding of the magnificent African lions, including two rare white lions - brothers - Djuma and Matimba - and experience the thrill of being up close to these majestic creatures and learn more them. On our return journey home, we stop at Powers Lookout to enjoy the view across the King Valley and Alpine National Park. It is believed the lookout was a vantage point for bushranger Harry Power to view approaching troopers during his period of notoriety in the North East. After a fun filled day, return to Wodonga/Albury via the Midland Highway and Hume Freeway arriving approximately 6.30pm
