Sydney Vivid & Nowra Tour

DAY 1

WODONGA / ALBURY – SYDNEY VIVID LIGHTS MONDAY 2ND JUNE, 2025
Welcome aboard Martins touring Coach for departure from Wodonga Plaza, Smythe Street at 7.00am, Albury Rail 7.15am, Lavington Shopping Centre 7.30am and Holbrook Submarine Bus Stop 8.10am for our 4 day tour to experience Vivid Sydney and much more. Expressing to Goulburn for lunch, (own expense) we then head through the beautiful Southern Highlands, arriving at our Darling Harbour Hotel with time to relax before our evening of wonder. As darkness falls, Sydney is transformed into a spectacular canvas of light, filled with creativity and inspiration. Meeting our vessel this evening, we commence our dazzling Vivid Lights Cruise. Enjoy dinner while witnessing the city come to life with immersive light installations and projections. What a magical way to start your holiday!

DAY 2

SYDNEY – WOLLONGONG – NOWRA TUESDAY 3RD JUNE
This morning takes us along the popular coastal drive of 'Sea Cliff' Bridge. Built at the exact point at which the Illawarra Escarpment plunges into the South Pacific Ocean, it delivers an amazing driving experience. Upon reaching Wollongong, we are met by a local expert for a working port industry tour. Entering Wollongong’s inner harbour, we explore the key infrastructures of this working port, discuss all things trade and finish with amazing panoramic views of the Illawarra coastline and the industrial super centre we have just explored! After this unique experience, we head to the Illawarra Yacht Club for lunch. Continuing through to Kiama this afternoon, we visit the famous “Blowhole” which can spurt water up to 60 metres high when there is a good swell running. This is a great opportunity for a group photograph! Our destination this afternoon is Nowra where we’ll settle in for the evening.

DAY 3

JERVIS BAY & NATURAL WONDERS WEDNESDAY 4TH JUNE
As we are in the right place at the right time, we head to Jervis Bay and board a Jervis Bay Wild Cruise to witness the majestic beauty of migrating Humpback Whales. Set against rugged cliffs and ancient sea caves, it’s not just whales we hope to see, but for avid birdwatchers, it is also a chance to see white breasted sea eagles, yellow headed boobies, shearwaters and more! After a splendid morning uncovering the local wildlife along these pristine and clear turquoise waters, we head back to dry land for lunch at the Portside Café.
This afternoon we’ll visit the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum, nestled between the shores of Currumbene Creek and native gardens. With numerous exhibits to explore, our guide will give us a wonderful insight into the Maritime history of Jervis Bay. Later this afternoon we’ll head back to Nowra.

DAY 4

NOWRA – ALBURY / WODONGA THURSDAY 5TH JUNE
Making the most of our final day together, we journey through picturesque Kangaroo Valley before stopping at the Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre. Located in the middle of the cool rainforest of the Moreton National Park, we’ll enjoy an interpretive tour of the Visitor Centre. Take a stroll along the boardwalk through restored native bushland to a lookout at the top of the Fitzroy Falls. The scenery is stunning! From here we head to Goulburn to purchase lunch (own expense) before continuing to Albury, arriving approximately 6.00pm with many wonderful memories of vivid lights, industrial super centres and natural wonders
